1. SYNETHIQUE CONSULTANTS
Gerard Dubois, expert consultant in management and in sales processes, founder of SYNETHIQUE, gathered around him a team of senior consultants from various backgrounds. All are coming from sales and management and have in common a complete dedication to their profession.
2. ADAPTABILITY
SYNETHIQUE creates every action and every training based on your goals, on your needs, on your culture, on your organization, on your market, on your methods, on your tools, on the profile of women and men who make up your company, and of course on your financial requirements. Thus, every action is carefully built and evolves together with the observed results. This customization makes each mission unique!
3. THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF SYNETHIQUE ACTIONS
In terms of training, SYNETHIQUE offers four different action levels:

  • SEMINARS for TRAINING-ACQUIREMENT,
  • Long cycles TRAINING-ACTION,
  • Individual development programs called COACHING, in particular around Management and Sales

  • TRAINING or pedagogical Kits.
4. THE TRAINING - ACTION
An important part of SYNETHIQUE actions takes place in real work situations when coaching managers and salespeople according to our COACHING methodology. This pedagogical method is the only one able to generate conclusively change, behaviour improvement and evolution towards the expected results.
5. FULFILMENT THROUGH TIME (long cycles)
By extending duration between 12 and 24 months, the long training cycles allow each participant to truly and fully assimilate the key points of behaviour and skills. 
The timing of each training cycle – be it management or sales - favours the incremental change in order to allow each participant to better assimilate evolutions and to make them sustainable.
6. THE MERGER OF "TRAINING AND OPERATION"
SYNETHIQUE opens wide the borders between "training" and "consulting". The more complex the raised issues are, the more simple training or coaching must be, in order to be attainable for all, easy to translate into action and to give the motivation to act.
7. ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING
SYNETHIQUE applies for all its actions a dual evaluation system 
- The first evaluation system is based on the measurement of the participant satisfaction for the action itself. A statistic summary with commentary is addressed by email latest 48 hours after the training. 
- The second evaluation system integrates quantitative and qualitative measurements of the activity and of the training results. Each action is also monitored through time following process details determined together with the customer.
8. IMPLICATION OF THE HIERARCHY
SYNETHIQUE implicates almost always the hierarchy of the trainees, asking it to reinforce the training by adopting a continuous pedagogical position. SYNETHIQUE provides as well the managers of the trainees with a toolbox called " field coaching". The managers learn that way how to "change roles" to assist the employees in achieving their Individual Development Plan.
9. MERGING TRAINING AND ACTIVATION
The essence of the training programs offered and delivered by SYNETHIQUE is closely correlated to the establishment and constant enrichment of a motivational dynamic, both individual and collective.
